What does the error message mean when I try to make an Expedited Payment?

Dort Financial Credit Union decided to remove the Expedited Payment option from our Bill Pay service on August 27, 2019. Unfortunately, the option still appears on some select payees but if you try to pay one of them and select the expedited option you get an error message like the one below. We hope to have the visual option completely removed in a future update.
