Why are some check images not available within Dort Online Banking or eStatements?

If the person you wrote the check to comes into one of our ten offices to cash the check, an image of the check will not be available online. You can still get a copy of the cleared check by contacting our member services at (810) 767-8390 (toll-free 1-800-521-3796).
