How do I request to skip my loan payment?
Starting on Monday, February 3, 2025 you can only request a skip through Online and Mobile Banking. If you don't see any eligible loans there and you are experiencing a hardship, you can call us or come into a branch to talk about a possible loan extension.
If you're coming into a branch, please bring the following:
- Your last 30 days of paystubs
- Your last bank statement (if banking outside of Dort Financial Credit Union)
- The reason for your hardship
