What do I do if I lose my credit card?

If you've lost your Dort credit or debit card, you should take immediate action to turn off your card. You can do that by calling 1-800-Visa-911 or you can login to our mobile app and go to Mobile Card Management under the "More" tab. There you can turn on and off your card or report the card lost or stolen.
